The role will focus on setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines, particularly in the plastics or flexible plastics industry. Key Responsibilities - Extrusion Setter - Rotating Shift Set and operate Corrugation Extrusion machines. Maintain tools, including cleaning. Take responsibility for inspection of incoming and outgoing parts and materials. Keep production and quality related records up to date. Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area. Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role. Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. Qualifications & Requirements - Extrusion Setter - Rotating Shift Good knowledge of setting and running extrusion corrugation machines. Able to work as part of a team and as an individual. Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards.
