The Role
Offers the opportunity to work on a broad and stimulating mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, mainly on behalf of education sector clients alongside large charities. The work is varied and you will be involved in advisory work and Employment Tribunal litigation, as well as contributing to other needs of the team including business development and networking activities.
The Candidate
Ideally you will have experience in the higher education sector, though the firm/team are open to hearing from individuals with a genuine passion for working in this sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in developing their expertise in this area of law. You will have at least 3 years PQE gained within a reputable practice recognised for their employment offerings. You will be technically strong and have genuine enthusiasm for working with education and charity organisations.
