Main duties of the job
Working within a Multidisciplinary Team, you will provide high-quality service to children/young people and their families, ensuring their care, education, and therapy needs are met.
You need to be a registered nurse. Experience working with children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs is desirable. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with key stakeholders across the organization.

Job responsibilities
You will work as a Bank Registered Nurse to ensure the safe and effective delivery of high-standard, individualized care across a 24-hour period, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.
You will operate within a holistic model to meet care, education, and therapy needs around the clock.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Experience
* Experience working with children/young people with disabilities and complex health needs
Skills & Abilities
* Effective communication within a nursing role
* Understanding of change processes in healthcare

* Ability to document concise and accurate records

Knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role requires a DBS check in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
Salary ranges from £22.39 to £25.26 per hour, including London weighting, depending on experience.
