What You’ll Do
Lead relationships - Be the senior point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Shape strategy - Understand your clients’ businesses and turn insight into action.
Champion creativity –-Work with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver ideas that make a difference.
Drive growth - Spot opportunities to expand relationships, pitch new ideas, and strengthen the agency’s role as a strategic partner.
Stay commercial - Manage forecasting, profitability, and scopes — keeping the numbers as sharp as the ideas.
Deliver excellence - Ensure projects run smoothly, issues are solved early, and standards stay high.
Contribute to culture - Share knowledge, inspire others, and help shape the future of the agency.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & expertise
• 4+ years leading client relationships at senior level (ideally agency side)
• A sharp strategic mind with strong commercial understanding
