As our Early Years Teacher, you will take the lead in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with energy, creativity, and care. In this role, you will:
* Design and implement engaging, inclusive learning activities that cater to each child's individual needs and interests
* Observe, assess, and support children's progress, helping them achieve their full potential
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering collaboration, growth, and high standards
* Build strong relationships with families, providing guidance and support to enhance each child's learning and wellbeing
* Ensure a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children feel confident to explore and express themselves
We want a passionate, energetic professional who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent early years teaching qualification
* Has hands-on experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage with children aged 2-5
* Is committed to play-based learning and child development
* Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Brings warmth, approachability, and enthusiasm to the classroom
