The Clinical Lead will provide leadership to the clinical team, ensure compliance with professional standards, and drive continuous improvement in patient care. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive rate of £25 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care. Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing improvements where necessary. Develop and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory and professional standards. Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. Act as a point of escalation for clinical issues and provide expert guidance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff. Maintain accurate clinical records and reporting as required. Keep up to date with developments in clinical practice and regulatory requirements. Person Specification: Registered NMC Pin Proven experience in a clinical leadership role. Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
