About the role
This role involves supervising / line managing a group of PWPs whilst maintaining a reduced clinical caseload, under the guidance of the Hub Lead PWP. You will have opportunities to explore your areas of interest and contribute to the ongoing development of our service through Special Interest Groups, projects, and working groups.
We have vacancies in Gosport, Eastleigh, and Basingstoke, please let us know which locations you'd be able to consider in your personal statement. We do not have any vacancies in our fully remote team, but we do offer hybrid working with a minimum of two days a week in the office.
About you
You are an experienced Qualified PWP who is looking to progress your career within Step 2 of NHS Talking Therapies. You have a thorough understanding of clinical practice at Step 2 and confident in your ability to make clinical decisions.
You enjoy coaching others and can communicate clearly, especially in complex or sensitive situations. You adapt to changes in the service and help your team overcome associated challenges.
