Whether it’s onboarding, leadership development, or skills training, you’ll create sessions that people remember. Deliver learning in a way that sparks discussion and creates safe, inspiring spaces for people to be vulnerable and grow. Coach individuals and teams to help them unlock their potential and grow in confidence. Act on feedback and continuously look for ways to make what we do even better. Bring learning to life across COOK, championing our learning culture through confident communication and engagement plans. What we’re looking for: You don’t need to have it all figured out - curiosity and a love of learning go a long way - but it’ll really help if you: Have experience designing engaging, accessible learning content, across a range of topics including leadership development. Are a confident facilitator who can connect with people, encourage participation, and create space for reflection. Care deeply about people and see potential in everyone. Have experience designing blended learning solutions - moving easily between face-to-face and digital. Build strong relationships at every level and take feedback as a gift. A little about you: You’ll thrive in this role if you’re: Down-to-earth and a good listener. Organised but flexible, able to adapt your approach to different people and needs. Curious about how people learn and grow. Energised by seeing others succeed. A confident communicator and coach. Excited by variety - no two days will be quite the same.
