We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team of an established company with works in rail, specialising in M&E, Civils and S&T. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be in a dynamic and varied role, offering you ample opportunities for honing and advancing your Project Management capabilities. Please note that having prior experience of working in the UK rail industry is a requirement for this role.
This Assistant Project Manager Role will require you to:
* Provide administrative support for Project Managers to enhance efficiency and precision in their tasks.
* Work with clients to get an understanding of their requirements
* Document minutes in meetings and conduct analysis of statistical data
* Monitor inventory levels to evaluate resource procurement needs.
* Compile performance reports, ranking weekly progress updates
* Deliver presentations to team members to impart knowledge on marketing tools and strategies.
* Collaborate on data gathering, refinement and interpretation to facilitate informed decision-making and goal establishment.
* Nurture client relationships through effective communication to foster rapport.
* Formulate and implement action plans to optimize time, resources, and processes.
