The role involves leading client consulting projects from start to finish, managing teams, and developing strategic recommendations that drive business success.
The responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing full project lifecycle, leading teams of consultants and analysts
2. Conducting structured analysis and primary research to inform strategies
3. Acting as a key point of contact for client relationships and business development
4. Facilitating workshops and leading client meetings to present actionable insights
5. Guiding the professional development of junior consultants
6. Operating effectively in fast-paced, complex environments as both strategist and project manager
7. Contributing to internal innovation and development of new consulting methodologies
8. Supporting growth by generating leads and building intellectual capital
The ideal candidate:
1. Fluency in German and English is essential
2. Senior experience in management consulting or a senior business management role
3. Master’s degree required; MBA or PhD/academic experience preferred
4. Strong track record of delivering results and influencing senior stakeholders
5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and team development skills
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
