Head of Marketing Analytics
Salary: up to £80k + Bonus (TBD)
Work arrangement: Remote-first (UK-based) with access to office hubs

With around 10 million annual visitors and double-digit millions in revenue, they aim to revolutionise online shopping in their category. Backed by a lean, driven team and a data-led mindset, they’re hiring their first Head of Marketing Analytics to embed insight at the core of decision-making.
The Head of Marketing Analytics will connect marketing, trade, and performance data to make insights actionable across the business. You’ll lead reporting, build trust in data, and influence smarter commercial decisions. This role is ideal for someone excited to build from scratch and shape strategy through clear, connected insights.
* Strong experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and platform data integrations
* Experience unifying multiple data sources and creating dashboards/BI tools
* Excellent communicator, able to translate analytics into clear business actions
* Deep understanding of marketing performance, attribution, and ecommerce metrics
* Proactive problem solver with commercial acumen and technical skills
