Overview
Liberty has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Retrofit Consultant based in Coventry and surrounding home counties. This full-time, permanent role offers progression within the business, working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary, including a 10% Car Allowance and excellent benefits.
About NetZero Collective
Formed in September 2020, the partnership aims to lead decarbonisation efforts across the UK. The successful candidate must be able to travel nationwide to coordinate retrofit works, managing time efficiently to cluster remote visits.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to map their decarbonisation journey.
2. Provide funding support and foster client relationships as a trusted advisor.
3. Drive business development within social housing and local authority sectors.
4. Oversee Retrofit Assessors delivering PAS2035 services nationwide.
5. Represent NetZero Collective at events and meetings.
6. Utilise and manage systems, databases, and quality processes.
7. Support team members and serve as a Retrofit Coordinator from inception to evaluation.
8. Demonstrate expertise in building services, heating, and ventilation systems.
9. Manage projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Work independently, seeking guidance when necessary.
11. Travel regularly across the UK to client sites.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
* Lived experience of domestic retrofit works and working with refurbishment clients.
* Understanding of construction industry roles and building project elements.
* Experience with building energy modelling (SAP, PHPP, or similar).
* DEA/Retrofit Assessor certification.
* Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
* Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator.
* Construction or M&E management background.
* Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft 365.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
