Job Description
Were looking for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor with at least 12 months of experience to join a thriving estate agency group in Gloucestershire. With multiple branches and the highest property sales in the region, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-quality inbound leads and a low validation target of just £3.5k.
Youll be part of a supportive, non-corporate team with a clear progression pathway and access to ongoing training and CPD.
What Were Looking For
1. CeMAP qualified (essential)
2. 12+ months experience in mortgage advice
3. Confident, self-sufficient, and client-focused
4. Strong communication and sales skills
