Your responsibilities: Lead and manage the converting line team to achieve production goals, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Coordinate and monitor daily production activities & resource allocation Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to ensure standards are consistently met. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments, such as papermaking, maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to optimise production processes. Prepare and maintain production reports, analysing data to identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Your profile: Good technical knowledge of converting processes and equipment. Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
