Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer required to join a market-leading refrigeration supplier. The successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer will provide mechanical and electrical repair, service, fault finding, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning products including Chillers, Coolers, Cold water plant, and associated products used for commercial and marine at customer sites covering Kent, South East, and surrounding areas. The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer Must hold a valid F-Gas qualification with experience working on HVAC systems or similar relatable products. Full product training provided. To provide mechanical and electrical repair, service, fault finding, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning products including Chillers, Coolers, Cold water plant, and associated products at customer sites covering Kent, South East, and surrounding areas. Undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, and fault finding on refrigeration and air conditioning units. Perform emergency breakdown, fault finding, and repairs on various refrigeration and air conditioning systems used for commercial and marine setting. Liaise with various engineering departments. This is a field-based role covering Kent, South East, and surrounding areas. Working out of the workshop in Kent when required. Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer Proven experience within the refrigeration industry, ideally working with Chillers, Air Conditioning units, Refrigeration systems, or similar. Must hold a valid F-Gas qualification (Level 2 preferred). Willingness to cover Kent, South East, and surrounding areas. Workshop based in Kent when not field based. Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications are advantageous. Experience with maintenance and repair of complex systems and ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. Full driving licence is required.
