This role will be solely responsible for meat sales through the shop and ensuring stock is in place. We practice whole carcass butchery and take the majority of beef from our on estate herd of British white. The farm shop is supplied by our larger wholesale butchery building. We have an incredible story to tell of meat from farm to plate.
