The role is full‑time with an average working week of 37.5 hours, dependent on rota line. The team works seven days a week, including all bank holidays and the festive period.
As a Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) you will:
* Service motor vehicles and equipment
* Diagnose and repair faults (including electrical/electronic faults)
* Test equipment
* Maintain and repair equipment and vehicles to the highest standards
This position is based at the Bristol Workshop and has a starting salary of £31,049 per annum. The role attracts unsocial and overtime rates under NHS Agenda for Change.
