This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics or warehouse operations professional to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation on shift, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage warehouse teams to ensure operational excellence. Monitor and improve customer service, accuracy, and productivity levels. Manage resources effectively including staffing, equipment, and shift schedules. Liaise with transport providers and internal departments to coordinate operations. Maintain full compliance with safety, security, and data protection policies. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance reviews for team members. Support and contribute to process improvement and cost control initiatives. What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in a logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce environment.
