Our category three Academy is an integral part of our club, driven by our youth development structure and community values. This position is for a driven individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and possesses the skillset to work in our Elite environment.
Reporting to our Head of Coaching and Youth Development Phase Lead Coach, the successful applicant will be responsible for coaching players in line with our Academy philosophy.
Key Job Outcomes
* Support the development of U9 and U10 players by creating a challenging, supportive environment that enables success both on and off the pitch.
* Integrate long-term player development needs into session design and delivery.
* Upload sessions and fixture details accurately onto Kitman Labs.
* Liaise effectively with the Foundation Phase Lead and support staff.
* Plan, deliver, and review coaching sessions for U9 and U10 age groups.
* Deliver training aligned with EPPP requirements, club policies, and the Academy’s philosophy.
* Monitor and assess player performance in training and matches.
* Undertake relevant CPD to meet role demands and support personal development.
* Conduct 12-week player reviews and participate in parent–player meetings.
* Work with the Head of Coaching to support your professional growth.
* Collaborate with the Foundation Phase Lead to deliver sessions and fixtures.
* Attend coaching meetings for continuous professional development.
