About The Role
As an Electrical Administrator, you'll support our Contract Managers and QS teams by managing essential administrative tasks that keep our electrical projects running smoothly. From issuing certification to coordinating schedules, you’ll play a key role in project success throughout the duration of this 12‑month contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Contract Managers and QS teams
* Process and issue electrical certification and related documentation
* Coordinate scheduling for electrical projects, including resource planning and timelines
* Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams
* Assist with the mobilisation of new projects
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administrative experience (electrical, construction, or technical industries preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Knowledge of electrical terminology (advantageous but not essential)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
