We're hiring Food Production Assistant (Night-shifts) to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK.
No previous experience required
ABOUT THE ROLE

This role also includes transportation to the site from Banbury and Witney. Holiday starting at 28 days per year, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.
SALARY: £34,187.40 per annum
Weekly pay planned from October 2025
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Sunday-Wednesday 8pm-6am Thursday 8pm-1am with Friday, Saturday Off
What you'll do:
* Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm
* Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
* Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
* Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale.
