Where we need your help
We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to support the delivery of visual merchandising across our global store estate, ensuring VM standards, campaigns and updates land accurately and on time in store. This is an exciting opportunity to support our global teams in delivering with excellence.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising and store teams, you will focus on hands‑on execution and day‑to‑day coordination, managing assets, logistics and store communication to keep delivery running smoothly. You will also support the Senior Manager, Store Design and Build one to two days per week on projects linked to in‑store execution. This role suits someone highly organised, detail focused and comfortable working at pace across multiple priorities while maintaining a premium, commercial standard.
What You’ll Do
VM Execution
Support the day‑to‑day execution of visual merchandising across Retail and Wholesale.
Spend regular time in store supporting VM rollouts, setting standards, and assisting with hands‑on execution.
Support seasonal and campaign VM setups, including windows, PODs, and core product displays, in line with agreed brand direction.
Logistics, Assets & Coordination
Own coordination of VM printing, shipping, and asset distribution, ensuring materials reach stores in advance of launches.
Maintain and organise VM folders, imagery, and reference assets, ensuring stores have access to the latest materials with clear version control.
Support upkeep of the product and fixture rangebook, helping track SKU and VM component readiness for launch.
Own seasonal POS warehouse upkeep, including organisation and stocktakes.
Guidelines & Communication
Prepare VM decks, visuals, and materials for feedback, approvals, and post‑launch reviews.
Collate and issue VM guidelines and updates once briefed by the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising.
Store & Team Support
Act as the primary day‑to‑day support for stores and VM Specialists on VM execution, queries, and updates, escalating where needed.
Support consistent VM standards through clear guidance, feedback, and coordination of assets and information.
Assist with VM training materials and briefs to build confidence and capability in‑store.
Collaboration with Store Design and Build
Support the Store Design and Build team one to two days per week on projects linked to in‑store execution, helping deliver high quality outcomes on time.
Coordinate in‑store execution requirements across fixtures, POS and customer facing touchpoints, ensuring clear information, timelines and readiness for trade.
Support installation planning and on‑site execution where needed, working closely with stores, suppliers and internal teams to keep delivery smooth and aligned to brand standards.

Additional Requirements
Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel to our Norfolk / London office will be required. Requires 3 days in office and/or in market weekly.
