MOT Tester / Technician – Fast-Fit Centre based in Newark
1. Salary: Up to £34,000 basic + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
14. Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
15. Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a range of vehicles
16. Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements efficiently
17. Provide clear and transparent communication with customers
18. Deliver excellent customer service at all times
19. Work efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
20. Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation
21. Support the wider team in achieving workshop targets
About You:
22. Valid Class 4/7 MOT Tester licence
23. Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
24. Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive servicing and MOT testing
25. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
26. Excellent communication and customer service ability
27. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
28. Full UK driving licence required
