Job title:Project Control Manager

Salary: £63,900+ depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and manage a team of Project Control professionals
* Deliver an efficient and effective Project Control service for a complex portfolio of work, across multiple customers
* Interface effectively with the Line of Business Contract Owners to agree requirements, manage expectations and resolve issues
* Lead the roll out of upcoming toolsets and process changes
* Responsible for performance reporting, Integrated Business Planning, demand/supply resource planning and Health & Safety
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Extensive Project Control knowledge and experience, including Earned Value Management, scheduling and change control
* Significant experience in stakeholder leadership, team leadership and team management
* Ability to manage a complex portfolio of work, with a number of priorities at any given time
* Detailed knowledge of performance reporting, Integrated Business Planning, demand/supply resource planning and Health & Safety
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Engineering programmes

The Business area:
The Design, Development, Test & Evaluation (DDT&E) organisation is a 2,4000+ strong engineering organisation delivering Engineering projects and more across multiple aircraft platforms including Typhoon, Tornado, Hawk, F35, FalconWorks and FCAS. There are 5 Centres of Excellence within DDT&E including; Test and Evaluation, Mission and Information Systems, Synthetic Training, Flight Sciences, Advanced Aerostructures enabled by a central operations team.
