What’s Involved?
You will be based in our Beckenham store, working closely as part of a fast‑paced, sales‑driven and motivated team. Your role will help drive sales, meet targets, and collaborate on exciting projects. You will take a lead on the trade side of the store, building strong trade relationships and supporting accurate stock management as a priority.
As a Store Service Manager, growth will be a focus achieved by driving process improvements, looking at cost efficiencies, and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by being involved in change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching, and supporting both new and existing colleagues. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and effectively dealing with any issues they may have.

* The ability to demonstrate great leadership skills in order to manage and develop the team to their full potential
* Sales‑motivated and confident working towards targets

* A full driving license
