Initially, you’ll provide hands-on support across business systems and reporting, freeing up key team members to focus on a major ERP implementation. Once the ERP goes live, the role naturally transitions into a Data, Reporting & BI Specialist position, with a clear focus on advanced analytics, dashboards, and insight.
