Futures recruitment is looking to appoint a commercially focused Internal Sales Executive to join a well known and growing manufacturing business.
This is a target-driven role suited to someone who thrives on converting enquiries and warm leads into profitable orders, proactively developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships through CRM systems in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
Role & Responsibilities
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound enquiries, nurturing leads, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will take ownership of your pipeline and focus on maximising every commercial opportunity.
Converting incoming enquiries and warm leads into profitable sales
Proactively contacting prospective customers to generate new business
Building and maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Managing and updating the CRM system to track leads, pipeline activity, and performance
Preparing and following up on quotations
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
Collaborating with colleagues to align on sales strategy and share insights
About You
Previous experience in an internal or office-based sales role
Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially aware
