In this role you will serve as a Care Assistant during night shifts at Alder House Care Home in Nuthall. Your focus is delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities
* Assist residents in personal hygiene care, maintaining their independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, signs of infection and report any identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.

* A DBS Disclosure check – the cost of which will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
