ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent & Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment and training activity across Townhouse. You’ll help ensure candidates, new starters and trainees have a seamless, well‑organised experience from application through to training completion. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within the Talent Team, providing essential administrative, scheduling, and coordination support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, update job adverts and keep candidate and onboarding records accurate.
* Support candidate sourcing across job boards, social media and email outreach.
* Help with ad‑hoc recruitment during peak periods.
* Manage Townhouse engagement across Glassdoor and Indeed.
* Prepare and send onboarding information to new starters and complete onboarding processes via Employment Hero, including Right to Work checks.
* Liaise with hiring managers and internal teams to support new starter setup and communication.
* Maintain and update training schedules, ensuring trainers and sessions are organised correctly.
* Book travel and accommodation for trainers and trainees when required.
* Support monthly reporting, including the Training & Development Dashboard and Skills Assessment data.
* Assist with coordinating models for academies and assessment days.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure effective delivery of all training activity.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable using systems and digital tools, maintaining accurate data and efficient processes.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

LOCATION
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
