Welding Lecturer Cumbria Up to £40,267 p/a + £2500 Relocation Package + 28.68% pension Full-time, permanent We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for a Welding Lecturer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The position would consist of 37 hours of work per week, and would involve delivering both practical and theoretical training to Welding & Fabrication learners (at level 2/3). 75% of the teaching hours would be practical workshop-based delivery on MIG, TIG and MMA welding, and the remaining 25% would be in the classroom. The starting salary would be up to a maximum of £40,267 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a Teacher's Pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%) in addition to a holiday allocation of 45 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays).
