Description
Key responsibilities for a Commercial Solicitor:
* Advise on commercial, technology and regulatory work for a variety of clients and sectors.
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and IP agreements.
* Leading transactions end-to-end and mentoring junior lawyers.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
The ideal Commercial Solicitor will have:
* 4-6 years PQE and experience within commercial / tech teams.
* Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
* Good business development skills.
