This is a shift-based role with alternating weekly shifts:
Morning Shift (Monday to Friday)
6:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 12:30pm – 5:30pm

Role Overview
We are looking for a new addition to our Production Team to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail are critical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our Digital Cutter, alongside undertaking a range of print finishing duties. This role suits someone with a strong work ethic, a calm and practical approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider production team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor Digital Cutter with precision and efficiency
* Interpret job sheets, and specifications to ensure production accuracy
* Carry out routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and fault reporting
* Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards and specifications
* Undertake print finishing duties as required
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet workflow demands and production targets
* Maintain a strong focus on health and safety at all times
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Digital Cutter
* High attention to detail and quality control
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Ability to work calmly and practically under pressure
Personal Attributes:
* Flexible team player with a positive attitude
* Able to manage tasks on own initiative as well as collaboratively
* Strong work ethic with a good sense of humour
* Willingness to support wider production needs when required
Education
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
