Customer Experience & Sales Support Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Associate to join our client based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a varied role that combines face‑to‑face customer interaction with administrative support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every visitor.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a retail or customer-focused environment and thrive in a fast‑paced setting. You should be confident engaging with customers, highly organised, and able to adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service and support in a showroom environment
* Manage enquiries, guide customers and assist with sales progression
* Produce accurate quotations, estimates and administrative documentation
* Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and stock levels
* Support the Manager with sales targets, KPIs and performance insights
* Develop sales opportunities across various customer groups
* Coordinate aftercare activities, including scheduling, logistics and payments
Requirements:
* Experience in customer-facing sales or administration
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with high-end customers or retail (desirable)
* Proven sales or customer satisfaction record
