As a Senior Product Manager for Infor MES, you will own the strategic direction and delivery of AI-enhanced manufacturing execution solutions as part of our broader effort to transition Infor MES to a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap focused on innovative AI-driven capabilities that improve manufacturing operations, integrations with Infor ERP products (M3, LN, Syteline), and cloud-native scalability.
Your deep understanding of manufacturing processes, MES/MOM solutions, and AI applications in manufacturing will be critical to driving product innovation and delivering compelling business value to customers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
* Proven product management experience with several years focused on MES/MOM, manufacturing software, or related industrial technology.
* Proven experience managing AI/ML-enabled products or software solutions in manufacturing or supply chain domains.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems, industrial processes, and integrations with ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
* Familiarity with Agile product management practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
* Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Hands-on experience working with Infor MES, M3, LN, or Syteline products.
* Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including practical applications in predictive maintenance, quality control, or production optimization.
* Experience working on SaaS/cloud product transformations and multi-tenant architectures.
* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML services.
* Understanding of manufacturing standards and compliance (ISA-95, ISA-88).
* Leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams.
* Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in enterprise AI (e.g., data governance, model safety)
