Test & Commissioning Engineer
£35‑42k OTE £50k + Early Finish Friday + Overtime
Travel 30%-50% UK & Worldwide

The Role:
* Test and validation of machinery and equipment in‑house and worldwide customer locations
* System software commissioning & generation (Robot, PLC and Kepware code)
* System fault finding and diagnostics
* Fault rectification
* Conducting system wide test and inspection
* Set‑up of in‑house system software and industrial PCs
* Conduct customer training
* Development of Robot and PLC software (Drives, Mechanical Controls)
* Modification of engineering drawings to support system build and to improve quality
* Writing procedures and plans
* Completion of technical documentation including test plans and training modules
* Remote customer support – fault finding and diagnostics
The Person:
* Ability to read and understand electrical technical drawings.
* Experience of PLC fault finding and modification (Allen Bradley / Siemens preferred).
* 'Hands‑on' experience in building electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Professional manner with good communication skills. Able to represent the company to a high standard.
* Flexible manner to adopt new challenges and input from peers and colleagues.
* Full, clean driving licence and passport.
Located in Shropshire, this role is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford.
