The Lygon Arms Hotel is an old coaching inn which sits in the heart of Broadway village – often called ‘the jewel of the Cotswolds’ – with a spa tucked in a tranquil pocket at the hotel, 86 unique bedrooms, secluded gardens and relaxed dining experiences, there are so many ways to soak up the countryside pace. The hotel also offers a range of facilities for guests including a spa retreat with treatments and therapies.
Aim of the Spa Therapist role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members, ensuring smooth operations, meticulous record-keeping, and the well-being of clients, all in line with The Lygon Arms’ high standards.
Responsibilities
* Deliver all treatments with passion and pride, adhering to required standards and time guidelines as scheduled by Reception.
* Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
* Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client’s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
* Confidently upsell products during treatments, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with clients.
* Show flexibility by assisting colleagues in other areas of the Spa, such as Reception and Changing Rooms, embodying teamwork and adaptability.
* Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
About you
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential
* Proven experience in delivering high standards of face-to-face customer service and treatments with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment.
* You possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a well-presented appearance.
