We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Senior Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Experiential team.

Location:This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.
Flexible working:All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits:
£60,000 - £72,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.
The role
Responsible for the creative development, media strategy and execution of brand campaigns and large brand activations. Supports Head of Content by creating ongoing content plans for our audiences and activations that can be used by our trading channels in their direct comms.
What are we looking for?
* Uses insight and data and competitor analysis to create campaign creative and media strategies
* Has led and delivered high impact campaigns end to end with demonstrable results that hit or exceed brand targets
* Has set multi media campaign targets and managed the agencies to deliver against them,
* Has excellent project management skills and can demonstrate that they have delivered multi channel activations on time and to budget
* Has experience of leadership across a matrix organisation and can influence and engage stakeholders up to MD level
