Job Description

3. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
4. Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for the legal department.
5. Prepare and format legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
6. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
7. Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for legal records.
8. Support the legal team with general administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
9. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain efficient operations.
10. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist / Administrator should have:

11. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a professional setting.
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
13. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
14. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
15. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A polite and professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
17. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the legal team as needed.
