The A ccount Manager builds a strong partnership with the ir retailers and works with them to develop strong Sales and Marketing strategies which will include product merchandising, promotions and advertising planning. Key Responsibilities Grow sales on the territory and make sure that the company maintains its competitive advantage in the region. D eveloping good working partnerships with all retailers Regularly visit s and managing retail ers o n the territory. Arranging and carrying out product t rain ing to all retail sales staff. Maintain product displays instore to a high standard. The Candidate Ideally experience of selling retail f urniture or a related product to large retail ers. Experience of training retail staff would be very desirable. H ighly motivated, focused and adaptable. A ble to demonstrate a first class retail sales track record. E xcellent communication skills with e xcellent time management skills A self-s tarter with the ability to bring new ideas to the department. Excellent numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Full clean driving licence In return my client offers a very good basic salary and bonus /commission scheme.
