As part of our dynamic Retail team, you will help raise funds to support our organization in ensuring every pet has a loving, caring home and positive relationships with their owners. This is an exciting time to join us, especially after the seventh season of Channel 4's 'The Dog House'.
As Shop Manager at our Kings Lynn Charity Shop, you will lead a motivated team to strive for excellence, maximise sales, and meet key revenue targets. Your commercial skills will enable you to analyze sales data and KPIs to drive shop performance, supporting our mission to help pets and people.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, including:
* Ensuring stock availability through effective sourcing and processing
* Maintaining high standards of shop presentation, merchandising, and customer service
* Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers
* Adhering to financial, health and safety, and security policies
* Managing and training your Assistant Shop Manager
* Representing Woodgreen within the local community to raise awareness

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £26,325 per annum. Flexibility is required due to the shop's seven-day operation.
