* Deliver personalised and creative lessons for students with a range of SEN, particularly autism
* Use a variety of strategies to support learning, behaviour, and emotional development
* Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists to meet EHCP targets
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates progress and individuality
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with SEN and autism
* Patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to overcoming challenges
