As a Chef at Sodexo you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall Patient experience. You’ll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meets our high standards. What You’ll Do
* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
* Prepare Dietary meals for patients
What You Bring
* At least 2 years’ experience as a chef
* Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
* Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
* Food Safety level 2/3
