JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Editorial & Content Coordinator Reports to: Divisional Marketing Director Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Salary: Competitive The Company IQPC provides business executives from around the world with access to tailored conferences, large scale events, virtual events and digital content keeping them up-to-date with industry trends, technological developments and the regulatory landscape. Based outside of London Victoria station, we are in an ideal office location with several transport links and flexible working is supported. Key responsibilities and accountabilities As an Editorial and Content Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and producing online content that addresses the challenges and goals of our B2B audience for the Industrial Decarbonization Network. This includes generating outstanding content through own research and engaging with industry stakeholders and influencers, as part of the Methane Mitigation Summit Series. Specifically, the role involves: Working closely with our event producers, marketing managers and event stakeholders to create compelling content to engage with our community and extend our market reach Ensuring our brand style and tone of voice are applied effectively within content and communications - Writing articles, reports and conducting interviews on emerging trends and topics Writing our portal e-newsletter Manage and nurture our external contributors Owning our content calendar which includes content delivery for commercial partnerships and content for community growth Managing our podcast calendar and deliverables Building relationships with industry bloggers, content distribution sites and media outlets Raising your profile on social media (LI & Twitter) as an industry influencer and trusted individual in the industry Working with our marketing and enquiries teams to ensure effective promotion and follow up of each content piece Presenting regular content performance reports to the wider team Desired skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have an interest in B2B marketing along with the enthusiasm to learn and establish a strong career in online content. Applicants should have excellent written and organisational skills as well as strong computer literacy and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
