The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paraplanner to join a chartered financial planning firm. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment, working alongside a team of driven professionals committed to excellence in client service and operational efficiency. Must have strong technical paraplanning experience Key Responsibilities of the Senior Paraplanner: Process Leadership: Drive structure and consistency across operational workflows, ensuring seamless case progression from start to finish. Paraplanning Excellence: Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports for pensions, investments, and protection products. Case Oversight: Monitor and manage case pipelines, ensuring timely progression and reducing the need for escalations. Provider Liaison: Proactively chase providers using automated tools (Outlook and CRM) to eliminate delays. CRM & Workflow Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case notes in Enable. Team Collaboration: Partner with advisers and administrators to uphold high standards and ensure accountability across the team. As Senior Paraplanner you will need: Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in a paraplanning role, ideally within a chartered or fast-paced financial planning environment. Qualification: RQF level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) and/or working towards chartered. Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right the first time. Must have strong technical paraplanning experience Process-Driven: You enjoy building and refining systems to improve efficiency and consistency. Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic setting. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, task management tools, and Outlook automations to streamline workflows.
