Kavli Institute for Nanoscience Discovery/Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Building, New Biochemistry Building, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3QU Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Chemistry to work under the supervision of Professor Justin Benesch for a period of 12 months. The project involves protein expression as well as HDX mass spectrometry and is funded by BBSRC. Find out more about the research group. Applicants must hold a PhD in Chemistry or a relevant subject area (or be close to completion) prior to taking up the appointment. The research requires experience in biological mass spectrometry methods, including HDX MS, and substantial molecular and cell biology experience. You will be expected to manage your own academic research and administrative activities. This involves small scale project management, to co-ordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines. The post will be based in the Department of Chemistry, Kavli Institute for Nanoscience Discovery/Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Building, South Parks Road, Oxford and is available from 5 January 2026.
