As a Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the spirit of innovation, precision, and performance synonymous with fine watchmaking. You will inspire clients through expert storytelling, technical understanding, and a passion for craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and deliver a seamless, engaging sales experience in line with boutique standards.
* Demonstrate deep product knowledge, with confidence discussing movements, complications, and materials.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
* Consistently achieve sales targets while supporting overall boutique performance.
* Uphold the highest standards of presentation, behaviour, and professionalism.
* Adhere to operational and security procedures.
Profile
* Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
* Strong sales drive with a client-first mindset.
* Passion for watchmaking and technical excellence.
* Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
