Office Support- Registration: BCA/Medication Services

Location: Manchester, NH 03101 – In‑person, full‑time, 40 hours a week.

Job Type: Full‑time.

Salary: $18.26 – $22.09 per hour.

Position Summary: The fast‑paced medical office needs an experienced full‑time office support/registration individual who will support our Bedford Counseling Associates and Medication Services Programs. The individual is responsible for opening the office daily in preparation for receiving patients, performing a wide range of front‑desk tasks, and interacting with patients and staff.

* Open the office each day and prepare for patient arrival.
* Perform meet‑and‑greet activities using an electronic medical record.
* Verify demographic information and collect co‑pays.
* Prepare daily deposits and process paperwork for each task.
* Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s high quality of care.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years of office experience (preferred).
* Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and electronic medical records.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi‑task and work as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and data entry proficiency.
* Strong commitment to confidentiality.
