1. Hands-On Learning: Assist with food preparation and basic cooking under the expert guidance of our Chef de Parties.

The Ideal Candidate
25. Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel setting would be desirable.
26. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
27. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
28. Good communication and teamwork skills
29. Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential as you will be part of our chef academy

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is ideally located just off Junction 1 of the M32, close to the University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) and MOD Abbeywood. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, with a bar and lounge providing excellent all-day dining choices.
