ARAGUK Group is looking for a Claims Handler to join our team in Bristol. Our claims department is central to our legal expenses insurance services. We seek individuals passionate about customer service. We offer modern, friendly offices with flexible working options, including remote work. Our hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends, and we consider compressed hours.
As a Claims Handler, you will:
1. Manage a diverse range of claims, providing excellent customer service.
2. Oversee the customer experience throughout the claim lifecycle, from initial contact to evidence investigation and claims decisions, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
3. Provide clear, accurate information to customers, partners, and colleagues.
4. Develop knowledge of ARAG products and policies to assess claims and coordinate with litigators and solicitors as needed.
