Finance Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an established and growing business based in the heart of Salisbury. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to oversee the finance department and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities as a Finance Manager:
1. Oversee the end-to-end finance operation
2. Financial planning and analysis
3. Oversee 4 direct reports
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Support all areas of the finance team
6. Completing supervisions and appraisals for direct reports
7. Supporting with VAT Submissions and other HMRC processes
8. Report directly to the Group Financial Controller
Requirements for this Finance Manager position:
9. Proven Financial Management experience
10. Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
11. Experience creating statutory accounts and management accounts
12. Advanced excel skills
13. Ability to seek continual improvements
The Finance Manager Role:
14. Full time, 37 hours per week
15. Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm
16. £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
17. Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office
18. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
